  I joined this gym when I first moved to Louisiana , I joined the Cross fit and the kick boxing class combo and I got a great workout each time I stepped foot inside the gym. The instructors are very well trained in everything from dead-lifts to the perfect strike and take down. Being so new in the area , this gym was also a benefit for me because the community within the gym was awesome , from the instructors to the other members everyone was very friendly.
  If you are interested in learning self defense or just interested in a great workout , I highly recommend this Gym!
